Who is responsible

Allconn di Carbonare Aymar Frederico, VAT number IT11683070962, Peschiera Borromeo (MI), Italia, is the controller of the personal data collected on this site.

Contact for privacy requests: info@allconn.blog.

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, company, website, the front you are interested in, your current CRM and implementation partner (if any), approximate budget, your message and your consent.

Site analytics, only if you accept them: Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It uses cookies and identifiers to measure pages viewed, language, clicks on calls to action and contact form submissions. Advertising signals stay denied.

Why we use it

To reply to your message and take the steps you asked for before a contract. We also use your CRM and partner details to check for conflicts of interest before replying.

To understand how the site is used and improve it, only if you accept analytics.

Who processes it

Google (Google Analytics and Tag Manager) processes analytics data, only after you accept; it may process it outside the European Economic Area and Brazil. We also use service providers to host the site and receive form submissions. That list is to be confirmed before launch.

Cookies and your choice

Nothing from Google loads until you choose. If you accept, analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are set; if you reject, none are. The site remembers your choice in your browser storage so it does not ask again.

You can change your choice at any time with "Privacy settings" in the footer. Rejecting after accepting stops measurement and removes the analytics cookies the site can reach.

How long we keep it

Retention periods are to be confirmed before launch.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the LGPD you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy, or the ANPD in Brazil.
